I operate a coffee shop and we are on the restaurant plan running Square for Restaurants on our POS.
There are times when someone who ordered a Small actually wanted a Large and we currently have no way to charge just the difference. In other POS systems you are able to ring in an item and treat is as a return or credited item and then able to ring in the new item and the POS does the calculations for difference in price and taxes. I currently do not see a way to do this on the Restaurant POS setting.
Any advice or a workaround would be greatly appreciated.
