How to Add variable priced item to check on square for restaurants app

It presents a screen with numbers for the price, but I can’t figure out how to add it to a check.

When you select a variable priced item on Square Restaurants it should say price required in the check out column. On the left you should see the price points for the item and you'll tap on them to add them to the check.
