How does my servers enter orders to the kitchen from the square app?

I have my account set up, I have my menu entered, I have my team members listed, but how in the world does a server get into the square app to enter a food order, print a receipt and accept payments from a customer?

Let's make sure you have the setting turned on. From your Square app go to More > Orders > Order Creation > Enable order creation in the checkout. You can find more information here. Once you have that enabled you will see the option to schedule an order at checkout
