How do I restrict JUST sales report on our iPad stands?

We have 3 square stands (with iPads) that we use and only have one location. As of now, our team members just clockin/out using their passcodes but don’t need them for anything else. We want to restrict access to viewing sales reports at these iPads; we don’t want them to have to type in personal passcodes or any passcode every time they go to use the iPads, we are a busy ice cream stand and that would just add extra time on to a relatively simple/quick task.

  The use of a pin for each transaction is for tracking and security.  If you don't need that level of security you can go into the ipad and go to More ---> Settings ----> Security ----> require passcode and set it to timeout 5 minutes or never and the toggle for after each sale.

This will remove the need to log in and out each time.  I set mine to 5 mins for a busy lunch so if they do walk away for a bit, it will require it when they come back.

Under the permission settings under team on the dashboard you can allow the sales report to be viewed by your permission set.

This is part of Team Management, but you can open the report viewing with the team passcode also.
