Hi,
I have just started a website through square for my online jewellery business. I launched the website this morning, but I still need to finalise a few things. I published and viewed my website, but I can't add items to my cart and when I customise them choosing the options, they say A$NaN and I would like my website to be functional ASAP!
Any help is appreciated a lot! 🙂
My website link is https://beachy-jewels-and-co.square.site/
Thank you!
Hi @Beachyjewels,
Welcome to the Seller Community, and great job setting up your website!
I noticed the "A$NaN" error message on your site. This issue is often due to using a mobile location instead of a physical location for linking your items. However, there are a few other settings that might be contributing to the problem.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions in this guide to review your Square Online item settings.
If you continue to encounter the issue after trying these steps and republishing your site, let us know. We’d be happy to take a closer look at your site settings with our team. 🙂

Hi @Laurie_!
Thanks so much for your help. Unfortunately, I am an online only business and I am wary of creating my website as a physical store as I don't have a physical store and don't want customers or random people showing up at my house. Will customers see my location or address? If so, I will find another website creator.
Thanks for your help!
Sorry we missed your response here, @Beachyjewels!
Square Online requires a physical location to ensure accurate settings for tax calculations and shipping options. Your physical location helps determine applicable sales tax rates and allows you to configure pickup or delivery options if you offer those services. If your business doesn’t operate from a traditional storefront, you would be required to set up your home address or another suitable location to meet these requirements, such as a PO Box.
Displaying your business location on your website is entirely optional, however, customers will be able to view this information on their receipts.
