How do I print a gift receipt for a transaction that was a split payment?

It allows me to choose gift receipt. Then shows two payment options, but neither will actually print a gift receipt.

Could you give me some more information on your Hardware set up and any other third party hardware you're using? 

This will give some insight on the reason you're not seeing this feature.

I have the Square Stand, square card reader and an Epson printer (not bluetooth).
