I find myself coming back to this forum every month because every new square update makes the app worse. Just a couple of weeks ago I was able to merge several tickets into one but that function was taken away and now they have to be merged 1 by 1. I simply don't understand why Square continues to remove functions integral to our business creating manual work.
You still have not repaired the open ticket to invoice issue that I've posted about at least 3 times and now this bull**bleep**. I guess customers are not valued. Square hates their customers. They have active contempt for their customers. They no longer want to be a point of sale app, they want to be a bank. Banks hate their customers.
