When I print an order ticket that was taken in person, the customer's name in big, bold, and at the top. When an online order comes in, the customer's name is small and the online order number is what is at the top and bolded. Is there a way to make the online order ticket the same as the in person order ticket?
There isn't a setting in-app that controls the font on order tickets, I'm afraid.
Okay thank you for replying. Is there anything in settings that enables us to take off the online order number from the top of the tickets?
I believe thee's an option in Printer Settings that auto assigns ticket numbers, but if you turn that off, you'll need to name the ticket instead. (Order for Emily opposed to Order number 9)
I did see that option but only for in person orders. Is there a way to do the same for the online orders?
Whoops, sorry for misleading you. No, there isn't a setting to remove the order number from online order tickets or shrink the font size.
