How do I get the items from the dashboard to the square terminal?

Just started using Square.  On the dashboard, I have entered categories with items.  The categories show up on the square terminal but the items do not.  Any help would be appreciated.

Could you please confirm these few bits of information?:

• Can you double-check you are logged in using the same username and password on both your Dashboard and Terminal?
• Are you also logged into the same location on both devices?
• Lastly, are you receiving any error messages? Or are the items simply not showing up?

This sounds like it could be a simple login mixup, so hopefully that is the case.
