We have been with Square for over 4 years and opened a brick and mortar location. We requested a sales quote for Square for Restaurants several times. No response. Finally posted in the Seller Community and had a someone at Square send our request to a sales representative. Can't find our original post, so not sure where it went.
We did get a response from a sales representative and provided the details for a quote. No response. After two weeks, requested a reply. No response. Hopefully it wasn't due to our annual gross, which is above $300K. Since we have to move forward, we went with TouchBistro.
As a side note, we've also requested a review for our sales to get a review for a lower processing fee. Several times. No response.
As some feedback, the sales department seems that it can't keep up. This is a critical time where there's plenty of competition.

Please let me know by replying in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
I've been experiencing the same issue. Our sales rep hasn't responded for over a month. He ghosted for 2 weeks and then we pinged him everyday since and no response. Called the general number x 3 times and the people told me they'd get someone to call back. They probably have me marked as too much trouble so won't return any contact.
We're now looking into other Point of Sale systems, as well. Hope you like Touch Bistro!

Please don't bother reaching out. We've already got meetings setup with other POS Vendors. Square has already shown they don't want our business and they're not wasting any more of our time.
