How do I get auto gratuity to show up on shift reports?

I just started using square and I thought my tips were low and I realized that Auto gratuity is not showing up on the shift report.  How do I fix this?  I do not use square payroll.  I am just pulling hours and tips.

Are you seeing service charges on your shift report? From my understanding auto gratuity should be showing as a service charge. But I do recommend reaching out to the Square Restaurants experts at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport and confirming with them.
