How do I edit inventory prices and amount of stock on hand?

I am extremely new at Ecommerce sites and set up. I have loaded items to start selling but I do not know how to edit prices, sizes, descriptions and so on?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

You should be able to go to Square Dashboard > Online > Items > Item Library > Select Item. 

If you scroll down to variations, you should be able to input a price and edit stock:
