How do we change the phone number that is on our till receipt that customers get.

Hi, @Libg ! Welcome to the Square Community! 

 

To change the phone number that appears on your Square till (printed or digital) receipts, follow these steps in your Square Dashboard:

On the Square Dashboard (Browser):

  1. Go to Square Dashboard

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Account & Settings

  3. Under Business, click Locations

  4. Click on the location name you want to update

  5. Scroll down to the Contact Information section

  6. Update the Phone Number field

  7. Click Save at the top or bottom of the page

This number appears on customer receipts (email, text, or printed) and is also used for customer replies via digital receipts.

On the Square Point of Sale App:

If you're using the Square POS app, you can also:

  1. Open the POS app on your device

  2. Tap the ≡ (menu icon) > Settings > Account > Business Information

  3. Tap Locations, choose the correct one

  4. Edit the Phone Number under Contact Info

After updating, try a test sale and email/text yourself a receipt to confirm the new phone number is showing correctly.
