Found these instructions online to sort purchase orders by date. We have retail plus and IT DOES NOT WORK! The "date header" is not functional. Please let us know if you know how to either change the settings, or if it is truly not a current option in the POS system.
To sort purchase orders by date in Square's Point of Sale system, go to your Square Dashboard, navigate to "Items & Orders" > "Items" > "Inventory Management" > "Purchase Orders", and then you should be able to sort the list of purchase orders by date using the sorting options available within the purchase order view; usually, you can click on the "Date" column header to sort by date ascending or descending.
Key steps:
• Access Square Dashboard: Log in to your Square online dashboard.
• Navigate to Inventory Management: Go to "Items & Orders" > "Items" > "Inventory Management".
• Select Purchase Orders: Click on "Purchase Orders".
• Sort by Date: Click on the "Date" column header to sort your purchase orders by date.
