WE have gotten this error screen a few times. We are not running any Beta devices. It prevents us from closing the check and therefore we cannot run end of day. How do you resolve this?

Thanks. I fixed it by making the device a beta device and closing the check and then putting the device back to normal. Doing so made the device lose all its settings which was a pain to find out during service, so that's not a feasible fix for my staff. If it happens again I will try what you mentioned first.
