Has anyone else had a customers Afterpay lock them out after making payment via digital card

Hi everyone, 

Today i processed a payment from a client using Afterpay and it has locked her out of her account for some reason.

i have processed payments through Afterpay before and there was no issue.


Can anyone please please please help me figure out why this has happened.

It sounds like Afterpay is configured correctly on your account. In this case, we would recommend that your customer contact Afterpay directly for assistance with their account. 

 

They can contact Afterpay directly through their support centre or review their support articles. They’ll be able to assist with this query.
