Hand written Gift Certificates

Do to our postal strike, I did not receive my actual plastic gift cards.  I had to issue hand written gift certificates in its place.  I am now unable to figure out how to add them as a payment option for customers to redeem them.  Help please 🙂

Can you provide a bit more details about how you processed the payments for these handwritten gift cards ? Did you do a custom amount at checkout or did you issue digital gift cards ?
