When my employee entered a customer's gift card code, it did not come up as the $20 voucher as it should have and somehow was able to be used for an entire purchase ($40 roughly). This cannot be possible/allowable!
Please fix ASAP.
Hmm something seems off. Our CS Team will need to take a look at the transaction in question. Give them a call here.
