Hi there @ChickenKnitz.. That's odd. I'm going to suggest that you unpublish and republish your website. You can unpublish it from your web dashboard > Online > Online Store > Website > Site Preferences, at the bottom in the Unpublish section. Republish as normal.
If that doesn't work in removing the ghost category, can you please come back here and post your website URL and the name of the ghost category?
