Feedback vs online available reviews

I will preface this by saying we own a very small specialty store,  pride ourselves in customer service and unique offerings.  We hear daily by our customers how they love shopping here and getting feedback is great for us to know what we are doing that they love and discover any issues.  I think sometimes customers may feel like they are giving us an online review that goes beyond our square app.  where if they were so pleased with our shop, service, time ect. they would have gone to review it somewhere that shows on searches.   What are other retailers doing to help get happy customers to review on sites that show and help rank.
