Hi there @Njolez - Thanks for following up on this thread. We do not currently have any receipt settings that can be manipulated beyond what's included on the Receipts page of your Square Dashboard. You can use QR codes in Square for your customers to complete orders through your Square Online Store, but we do not have QR codes just for payments. You can also send Payment Links to your customers to collect payments.

I would love a feature like this as well. I own a cafe and would like to add a survey to the receipts. Others have mentioned payment which I didn't think about, but we could probably use it that way as well. Hope Square adds something like this soon, Clover does it...
