Error Writing Purchase Orders - Happening More Frequently

I used to occasionally receive the attached error when writing Purchase Orders. Now I seem to get it at least once a day. Sometimes when I go to start a new one, the one I was working on pulls up, but sometimes I have to start over. It's happening so frequently--anyone know how why or how to avoid this?Screenshot 2025-09-30 140747.png

Thanks for reaching out to flag this! It does sound like something our engineers will need to take a closer look at with you.

I just have a couple of quick questions to help us better understand what’s going on. When you have a moment, could you please let me know:

  • Are you only seeing this issue when logged into the Square Dashboard, or does the same message appear when using the Retail app as well?
  • What browser and version are you currently using when accessing the Dashboard?

Once I have those details, I’ll pass everything along to our engineering team so they can investigate further and see if there’s anything we need to adjust on your account.
