Entering inventory into POS through outside pc

With square POS, can we enter inventory through a separate computer, or does it have to be through the Square terminal?

Entering inventory can be done through square dashboard.  Login to Dashboard. https://squareup.com/dashboard/

Select Item Library then select the item you wish to adjust.
