I've had my online store for 4 years but just recently downloaded the ios retail app. Does the app take ApplePay and GooglePay like the online store does? Or is it just Credit Cards?

Yes, if its in the persons device for Tap and Pay. I have had customers using their smart watches to tap and pay with both Apple and Google pay.
