Does anyone's Accountant have a problem with the "Comps" reporting?

My Accountant does not like "Comps".  He has said that this doesn't mean anything in accounting terms.

He has suggested other categories such as "Waste".

Please help, any suggestion?

Are you talking in the square reports, or some sort of sync with your accounting package? If it's just in square then i would have though it could be ignored. The Comps are covered by way of the fact that they wont be show in the revenue for the day...

I think it's more of managerial view to make sure that your comps arent getting out of control.
