Does anyone know why my kitchen printer is printing online order tickets multiple times? This is causing confusion in the kitchen and has wasted a lot of paper! It will print the first ticket normally (we have it set to print automatically), but it will print a ticket again each time we mark the order status. Anyone else having this issue?
Let me preface this with I use Square for Retail.
I was having this issue when I upgraded my Wifi system in store. I found out I had my Receipt printer connected twice. Once by USB and Once by Ethernet. In printer Profiles I accidentally had 2 profiles to the same printer. One for Receits and one for tickets. So the system either was Printing 1 Receipt and 1 Ticket or 1 Receipt or to the Network and 1 Ticket to the usb. Once i solved both of these issues, I started getting 1 Receipt again. I fixed them both at the sametime so not sure which one was the issue.
