Wondering if I can use the Square scheduling platform for tip allocation, does anyone know if that information will transfer to Quickbooks Online without manually doing it?
Hey @sourdoughsuch. Ultimately, you’ll have to contact QuickBooks’ support to see if they support his. I can say that when I looked at the Quickbooks Online integration listing in the Square App Marketplace, it does not mention anything payroll or timesheet related. This indicates to me that they don’t, but only they can say for sure. Also, if they do now or in the future, it will be up to them about whether to automatically retrieve that information from Square or not.
There is a quick books integration option, i used it myself in the past prior to getting an accountant. I wasn't a huge fan of it, but it did the job. Check out the square apps page
