I have an issue with my Square Register, cannot load Square for a restaurant, it's up customer Display disconnected. But when I load Square for POS, it's working.

Hey there! I have had this happen a few times:
1. Try Factory resetting the device
2. If you have a way to plug the device into Ethernet directly this can some times help with the slow/no loading of the software
3. Reach out to support and see if the device is still under warranty
