Delayed funds transfer

It’s Friday and I still have not received my funds from Monday or for the whole week. This has never happened before. I rely on these funds to pay the rent! And rent is due today! Guys this looks like an ongoing issue, I have read some threads. I have tried sending the funds manually to see if that helps. It’s very disappointing that such a strong POS system can’t manage funds transfers.

Hey there @YBLM.. You didn't mention the one actual Square team that can help you resolve this and that is the customer support team.  They have access to your account and can look at what is holding up your money.  No one here in the Community has this kind of account-level access, for obvious security reasons.  There is nothing on the Square Status page about an outage, and I can verify that my funds have been transferring all week.  This seems like something isolated to a few account, not a system-wide issue.  For issues like that, customer service is the quickest and easiest path to resolution.

I sent them an email….. no response. Because the standard 1-2 business days. So I don’t find that a quick solution.
