I am a platter caterer that mostly deals with online ordering - I'm seeing with this ordering system that customers can order for a future date (awesome) BUT it only goes out a month in advance - no further... It is October now and I have customers that want to preorder for Christmas, do I have to tell them to wait until November 25 to order? Is there a way around this?

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

Hey @Alex_ I use wix as my primary web designer but that's irrelevant to what Square online ordering offers - im considering switching to square online ordering but need to make sure customers can order over a month in advance.

I just checked in with our Online Store Team, and the ability to set pick up for over a month in advance is a feature request and has not been created yet.
We definitely see how it could benefit your business model. Our teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to let you know if anything ever changes or if new updates are released.
