Custom Prep times - need more options between 5 minutes and 5 hours

Does anyone know of a way to change the default available prep times for items? The only options I'm being given are "Immediately, 5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 days", etc. That's an enormous jump between 5 minutes and 5 hours. I've been digging for hours and can't find any other options.

I believe there are ways to change this in increments vs 5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 days... Would you mind sharing your domain here, so I can take a closer look?
