Anyone else having this issue? Put a count on an item, when you ordered it lowers the count. Hit send and bam right back to where it was before. Updated restaurant and still doing it across all my terminals.
I have seen reports like this in the past. However, nothing recently. I will go ahead and recommend reaching out to our support team. The team can be reached at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
