Cost of Goods Sold Issues When Reporting

Hi All,

We seem to be having issues with our cost of goods sold when we do our reporting. When we export our data out to look at profit margins some of our products seem to lose their COGS data and just become flat 1 profit rather than accounting for the COGS we have set it up for.

Is there any help to this and does anyone else have this issue?

Hi @Ram04 thanks for reaching out!

If you previously received stock without a unit cost, profit and profit margins will not be represented in your reporting. As the first port of call, we suggest reviewing and updating (if required) the original stock intake in your History log to ensure your profit and profit margins will be accurately represented in your COGS report.
