Connecting problems to Canada Van City Credit Union

Hi, Square refuses to connect to my Canadian bank account even though I have called my bank and carefully verified all my information. And, I have had them connected in the past with a different business. Does anyone know the magic information here that gets Square working with Van City Credit Union? Thank you.
