Issue: Lost Ability to Manage Prep Times After Integrating Doshii with Square POS
Hi everyone,
I recently integrated Doshii, a third-party platform that centralizes and manages orders from multiple delivery apps. It now syncs directly with my Square POS, which has streamlined a lot of our order flow.
However, since the integration, I've lost the ability to manage order times or set prep times for food preparation. This is a critical feature for my kitchen operations, and I’m unsure where the control now lies.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Contacted DoorDash and Uber Eats: Both advised they cannot update prep times on their end.
Checked Menulog: It appears this option doesn’t exist in their system.
Explored Square settings: Still unclear if this can be managed from Square post-Doshii sync.
Question: Has anyone experienced this issue? Is the ability to manage prep times now handled via Square, Doshii, or the individual delivery platforms?
Any advice or workaround would be greatly appreciated!

I did confirm with our partnership team that item prep times are not currently available through our APIs. So this would need to be something built out by Doshii in their application. Looks like you can get in touch through [email protected].
