My team is all independent and use square for their own POS
how can I add them to my POS, to track JUST RETAIL SALES??
Do they HAVE to accept an invite?

@Rockerchic Yes, they would. That is not an issue since each of their Square accounts can have multiple employers (including themselves) using the same login credentials. But in order to track retail sales at the team member level, you'll need to add them as you would any paid team member in the Staff section of your online dashboard.
When they go to accept invite, they get a msg saying they already have log in credentials. Where in their system can they add me then or how do they accept an invite without getting a " email is already in use". ?
@Rockerchic They don't need to create a new Square account. They can just use their existing one, I believe. When they click your invitation link in their email.
I can not for the life of me get it to work for sales.
I've tried all the permission settings, logged in, logged out, reset, set them at different compensations, changed job titles and have had no luck. The only difference between them and my employee is "scheduling allowed". I'm at a loss
@Rockerchic I am not following what you mean by "get it to work for sales." Are you saying that they can sign into your POS with their PIN? Or something else?
Staff is independent. They have their own square acts for apts and point of sale.
As the owner, they sell my retail ( shampoo, misc pruducts)
I would like to track their individual retail sales, so I can issue a kick back at the end of each month. Or commission...
So, if you want them to sell your products using your Square account and your Square POS, you just have to add them as team members on your account. Then, then can log into your POS with their PINs assigned by you to make those sales, which will be a separate sale than the service they do using their Square accounts. I know this works because I know other business owners who do this like you do, and it works just fine. But in order for it to work they have to log retail sales on your POS. If it is not working, I'd need to see error messages or something to go on. Right now I'm not sure where you are stuck, especially if they are active team members on your Square account.
