Changes to "Packing Slip" NOT GOOD!

The changes implemented in the last few days to the "Packing Slip" are a BIG step back!

It no longer includes variations to the order, so orders are packed wrong!

The format is worse as well, WHY centre the items column?

We need to be able to create / edit our own packing slip!

I appreciate you reaching out to raise this issue with us!

As far as I'm aware, there haven't been any recent changes implemented to remove the variations from packing slips. As per our online guide, the item name and any variations or modifiers for items will be included on the packing slip.

To ensure I have a complete understanding of the changes you're seeing on your end, could you please share a photo of one of your packing slips in your response? Just click on the camera icon to attach an image, and make sure to remove any sensitive information from the image. 

Once received, I can flag this to our Square Online team for further assistance.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I think I've finally worked out the problem.

Square added a new feature from their orders page called "shipping"

It appears that from there the "packing slip" is a different design and does not include variations.

I started using "shipping" instead of "orders" because it's a bit easier to use and it has Sendle and Australia Post as shipping options, while from "orders" I have to manually type them in every time!!!

Square's design is such a mess and I'm getting pretty tired of it.

Hi Peter. We're experiencing frustrations with this too. The new layout does include SKUs, I'd suggest adding a variation delineator to your SKUs and using that until square gets their act together.
