Can you specify the order in which Discounts are applied

Hi

Is there a way to specify what order discounts are applied to a transaction where more than one is applicable

The specific issue is a discount on a product being purchased by a member of staff with a staff discount of 20%

Basically, the staff discount amount is being calculated on the full price of the item and not the discounted price.  I want the staff discount to be calculated from the lower reduced price
