Can we do BOGO promotions

I see we can do promotions and coupons for ecards.  If there a way to do a BOGO 1/2 off?  I am unsure to do this, if I even can.

I would love to do e-cards.  So if 1 customer buys a gift cars they get a second one for 50% off (same value or less before discount)
