Can’t print orders

I have square for my bar. I set up a second location for a drop off spot on my website and square made me download Square retail for that location? Anyway my receipt printer is is set up for both but orders on retail won’t print?

Something doesn't sound right here @Stockade.

I can't think of any place where you'd be forced to download Square for Retail while you're going through your Online Store set up. You don't need to have Square for Retail, and it sounds like that would be especially true if you're using Square for your bar.

When you have a second, can you call our CS team? They'll be able to make sure your account is set up correctly and then look into some troubleshooting for your printing.
