I have an item that is available in one location, but I can't edit it to add my second location. The item is "Shropshire Blue - Colston Basett (wedge)." I can make the change, but when I click save, I get a "We’re sorry, but something went wrong" error.
I even exported the item in excel, changed the availability, and uploaded it to update my catalog but that failed. I simply changed the "N" to "Y" under the "Enabled Shirlington" column but I got a "There was an issue uploading all of your items. Please refresh the page, verify your item library and try again. If you are unable to resolve your issue, please contact support for additional assistance." error.
What is going on?
Ok - update. It looks like I can't add a second location to ANY item that has variations. It doesn't matter if I'm trying to add the Shirlington location or the Del Ray location. If the item has variations, it gives me an error. If it doesn't have variations, it adds the location correctly. I NEED A FIX FOR THIS QUICKLY. Thank you.
Hi @Cheesetique
This sounds like something that needs to be looked at by the support team. We have limited access to accounts through this page, and it would be better for you to have someone that can log into the dashboard with you.
Can you please reach out to the team when you get a chance?
Hi, @BernadetteA . I worked with Support on Saturday and we have not received a resolution. I'll reach out to them again today.
Hate to bug you but were they able to help you? I am dealing with the same issue for over two weeks for one item and 8 variations. Thank you for your feedback, in advance. I called and heard, "it is a hit and miss" and they know this is an issue.
Hey @Hibiscusllc,
Have you reached out to us directly regarding the issue you are having with your location settings?
