Bookkeeping for my cafe

have a small cafe. I hired a bookkeeper. She’s not understanding square. I bought QuickBooks online . She says she will charge me $300 a month. I only have 5 vendors. I just don’t understand why this is so much!

Quickbooks online isn't actually that tough if you're willing to put some effort in upfront to figure it out. I do my own and then use a tax guy to fix my mistakes later. If you don't have time or desire to do it yourself, check out QB's bookkeeping service AND interview a few people. After 4 or 5, you'll have the right person.
