Auto Discount Not Applying

Hi Everyone, I've set up multiple Buy one get $x off another item discounts before to create a "combo deal". All the ones I have are working correctly.

However, one discount does not apply and I can not work out why.

I understand that if multiple discounts apply to items that Square will automatically apply the larger discount, which is what I want.

 

If I set the BOGO discount in this particular case to a fixed value of $139, it will not apply.

However if I use a fixed value of $159 it will apply.

I've check and confirmed that the BOGO discount is a larger discount than other active discounts affecting these items.

 

I've also ensured that the discount applies to all locations.
