Anyone else experiencing discrepancies with their inventory counts since the last major update?

Since that last major update involving Square Online we have discovered some products are available with an inventory count of 1, yet they are sold out with zero inventory in Square For Retail. We also have products online that we’re previously marked as unavailable.

anyone else experiencing glitches?

I'm sorry to hear your inventory isn't syncing between Retail and Online. 

 

Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it quickly. In the meantime, I invite you to contact our Support Team by email or phone so they can reindex your online store. This will force the sync of your catalog on the website. 

I appreciate your patience, and I'll make sure to let you know once this is resolved.

I'm having so many problems with inventory. I've had square for 4 years and there are items that I deleted long ago (before you could archive) that were deleted with a negative quantity and they are showing up in my downladed csv report as counting against my current inventory $ eventhough they are gone and I can't access them anymore. Right now my inventory is out by $20,000  vs my actual invoices received by my bookkeeper and we can't trace why. Today I had to pull history of what I have actually entered into my inventory this year via inventory management/history and it's ridiculous that you can't export a spreadsheet for this. You have to copy and paste it into a spreadsheet.
And how do you generate your total inventory $ amount on any given day - I only can do it on the day it is TODAY, I can't see any other way to find this.

so frustrating, I have 1000's of skus and it is a mess.
