Admission reporting

Hi, we're a Museum so one of our items is "Admissions: Adult, child, etc. My Square report vs. my daily sales report. I'm off by almost 100 visitors. Double checked on sales report - there are about 17 refunds due to new front desk staff but 90+?? Any ideas?

Hey @americanprecisi.  We can probably get to the bottom of this, but clarification is in order before we can dig in.

 

Your “Square report?”  Since all reports are Square reports this does not identify that report.  Can you post a screen shot of this report?  

 

Also a screen shot of your daily sales report for the same period would be very helpful.
