Hey @GoodDayArt. So, currently if you want to add appointments functionality to your POS, you’ll need to download the Square Appointments app. The Appointments POS app allows you to also sell retail items, but the opposite is not true.
While the basic tier of Square Appointments is free, you might find that you need some features that are in the paid plans. Here is a link to a comparison of the plan features so you can check that out.
