Under item library in the square dashboard, the Action button is not working. Stopped working about a month ago. I can't edit multiple items quickly or apply a percentage discount on all of them-- I have to do them one by one and its taking forever. Please fix this button so we can edit multiple items easily!

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already for this?
With glitches like these - I would recommend switching browsers or clearing the cache through your browser. Usually, these can do the trick - but if it doesn't it could be a bit more complex. In that event, I would say contacting Customer Success would be the next best option. We can cross that bridge, if we get there.

Yes, we followed the troubleshooting steps that the support sent us-- using chrome and clearing cache (which we do frequently), and still not fixed. I believe it is a bug on Square's end.
I have been on the phone with support all night....the action button still does not work. Since support can't replicate on their computer, they said it must be my device. I am not a happy camper. I do not have the time to archive items individually.

When you spoke with Support, did they mention a ticket was already filed for this bug?
no they did not. They said they would now pass it along to someone higher up (yesterday), but haven't heard anything since then.
It is still happening. Been weeks for me too
I asked support to pass a note to the engineers that this has stopped working, but they did not seem to be documenting it.
