Re: Point of sale Transfer

Hi there, @Hawishbraids 👋 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Seller Community! We are happy to have you join us here. Welcome!

Just to make sure I am understanding your question correctly, are you suggesting that you made a Cash Transaction accidentally in lieu of taking a payment via Card?

If so, the Cash and Other Tender payment options are available for organizational purposes only. No funds are actually processed when a payment is entered as cash or other tender – even if the card was swiped, and we’re not able to process these transactions as payment card information was never actually entered into our system.

To process these funds and receive the transfer, you will need to contact your customer. Also, to balance out your books, you can always refund accidental Cash or Other Tender payments. Read more about issuing refunds.

If you’d like to disable the option to record Cash or Other Payment Types, or would like to move this option lower in your checkout screen, you can customize payment types at any time.

Hi @11dwight11 and welcome to the Community.

The Seller Community is intended for seller to seller conversations so we won't have account access here to answer this for you- however, it sounds like you may of processed these transactions as cash/other instead of selecting to run a card.

In this instance, we don't process Cash/Other. Only cards. You can check your Transactions tab to click on each transaction to see how you processed it. These will need to be run again.
