when is google profile online ordering available in Quebec Canada ?

Hi 

I use Square Online shop for my restaurant and I'm located in Quebec, Canada.  Apparently Google profile online ordering is not available in Quebec Canada.  I have configured all the setting needed for this feature and still doesn't work and spoke to someone from weekly and found out that option is not available in Quebec Canada.  Just want to know when it be done?
