upgrade plan

If I upgrade my account before my next bill is due, will the new plan date kick in or will i still be billed for the old plan as well?  thank you

Hi @shayladhos which plan are you referring to? If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for that month (or for the remaining days of the month that you have the plan active), then charged the full amount the next month.
